about.
Mineral was born from Phil Earnest’s vision to build something more than just a creative studio — a place where artistry, innovation, and purpose come together.
With a background spanning filmmaking, design, animation, and music, Phil has always approached creativity without limits. That same multidisciplinary mindset is the foundation of Mineral, shaping the way the studio takes on projects, solves problems, and helps brands stand out in meaningful ways.
At the core of that vision is Phil’s experience creating and directing the feature documentary “Pencils Vs. Pixels.” The film explored the evolving relationship between traditional and digital art — a theme that continues to influence Mineral’s philosophy today: respecting timeless creative principles while embracing modern tools and technology.
Mineral reflects Phil’s deep passion for creative expression in all forms. From crafting visually striking brands and websites to producing motion, video, and digital experiences, the studio is driven by a commitment to excellence and a desire to push creative boundaries on every project.
But beyond the work itself, Mineral is built on something deeper. Phil is a devoted family man, married to his beautiful wife, Débora, and together they’re raising five kids — with one on the way to make six. His family has shaped his perspective on what truly matters — connection, trust, and long-term relationships. That carries into the way Mineral works with clients: with care, honesty, and a genuine investment in their success.
His faith and belief in Jesus are also central to that foundation, guiding the studio with a sense of purpose, integrity, and meaning that goes beyond just delivering great work.
Mineral is ultimately a reflection of that balance — creativity, family, and faith — brought together to create work that not only looks exceptional, but carries real intention behind it.
